Skyview Homes at RC Ranch
Skyview is the lead builder in Gillette's newest upscale neighborhood, RC Ranch. Combining Colorado Contemporary style with New Urban design, Skyview's homes are striking, comfortable, and energy efficient. Finishes include granite countertops, 3-car garages, A/C, stone fireplaces, and basements with 9’ ceilings. In Phase 1, Skyview is building 45 homes (15 are complete) in the $325K-425K price range.
Skyview Homes at Lakota Canyon Ranch
In Lakota Canyon Ranch, Skyview is building 28 homes in Colorado Mountain style, with rough-hewn timber accents, rustic cedar siding, and quarried stone exterior wainscot. Prices range from $429K for a duplex up to $700K for single family homes. Most of the homes are on the Lakota Canyon golf course and have dramatic views of the mountains that surround New Castle, CO. Skyview will continue building into additional phases of the project, and has been asked to build Lakota Canyon's new golf clubhouse in 2009.
Pinyon Mesa Homes
Skyview is the first builder in the new Pinyon Mesa subdivision, mid-valley between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. The Pinyon Mesa site affords striking views of the Roaring Fork Valley, including direct views of Sunlight Ski Area. These beautiful homes are original design, luxury mountain homes with over 5,000 heated square feet, steam showers, multiple decks, full landscaping, rough-hewn timber siding with chinking, and Smart Energy Construction. Each home comes with a membership to nearby Ironbridge golf course. Prices range from 850K - 1M with optional finished basements.
